About

As a hyper grew in Influencer, most of the enterpreners were seeking to establish business in that space. Pulseability were meant to bridge the gap between B2B influencers on LinkedIn Twitter and Youtube to business owners who were looking to get engage with one.

Task

The technical leader of PulseAbility turned to Core Studio to strengthen the development team to work on the site: it was necessary to help sort out the backlog of 600 tasks, and then deal with new functions. In addition to the layout, adaptation and refinement of the page logic, it was also important to improve the site loading speed, integrate it with the response services and test the changes. Developers and testers were needed urgently, and the client's recruiters had many other tasks.

Process

The main requirements for candidates are the grade and the stack they own. It is important that specialists can work full-time and be in a time zone. For Pulseability, we singled out a talent attraction manager who was engaged only in this project. The team came to the project and immediately got to work. In the process, we realized that the client's team leaders did not have time to review the work of new developers, but the problem was solved: the customer himself offered to upgrade one of our Full Stack developers to a team leader, which accelerated the work process. We also did a marketing research and found the best practicies and turned landing pages into conversion killers. With over than 10% of conversation rate, we released the platform to the market.
